The main eature of Taichi ultrabook is the presence of two displays. The first display has traditional location on the laptop but the second display is located on the front of the lid of the laptop. Both of them are touch screen displays and therefore Taichi could act as a tablet at the time when the lid is closed.

Taichi ultrabook comes with two 11.6-inch Super IPS displays with resolution of 1920×1080 pixels. There are built-in USB 3.0, mini-DisplayPort and micro-VGA connectors as well as NFC module. Taichi ultrabooks are running on 64-bit Windows 8 Home Premium and equipped by a 5-cell battery that provides up to 5 hours of battery life.

Tere are two models of Taichi ultrabooks available. The first model powered by  Intel Core i5-3317U processor, 4 GB RAM and 128 GB Solid State Drive has a price tag of  $1299. The second model of Taichi comes with Intel Core i7-3517U, 4 GB of RAM and a 256 GB Solid State Drive is $300 more expensive. Sales of Taichi ultrabooks will start on October 26.
